Digital Photography Workshop for Beginners
Saturday, 7th September 2024
10am- 2pm
Witchcliffe, South West WA, Margaret River Region.
Welcome!
Thank you for your interest in learning the core foundations of photography.
I found myself having many conversations around a certain subject in photography, and lost count of folks telling a very similar story, that went a little like this:-
“I was gifted a gorgeous, new camera for my birthday… but have absolutely NO idea how to use it. I don’t even know where to start. So I just use it on auto mode.” (insert sound effect of my soul shattering here).
I was trained over two decades ago, in the art of analogue photography. Picture me developing black and white photographs in a Darkroom, the sulphic stench of Stop Bath fluid heavy in the air, but with a feeling of deep joy in my heart. Photography is a huge part of my life, and a comforting way for me to document my journey through this life. It gives me deep joy to pass on my knowledge and to inspire others in this incredible, timeless craft.
Our cameras, new or older models, can truly work wonders if we have basic knowledge on the laws of how they work.
This is what this workshop is for.
Our Incredible Venue – ‘The Chapel’ at the old Darnels Store, Witchcliffe, WA is where this workshop will take place. An outstanding hand crafted building, with Light to Inspire!
For the Love of Light.
This workshop includes a beautifully crafted workbook for you to scrawl all over, and take home to remind you of all you have learnt.
A light lunch will be provided, with plenty of tea! Bliss balls, seasonal fruit, all gluten & dairy free.
